Meet Amy Green

Who is Amy Green?

Amy Green is a futurist for work/life.

A keynote speaker, author, consultant, and founder of The Wellness Strategy

Her work sits at the intersection of how we live, how we work, and what it means to be well.

Drawing on her background as an educator, leader, and someone who has navigated burnout firsthand, Amy brings both the big-picture thinking and the practical tools to help individuals, teams, and organisations do things differently.

She works with entrepreneurs, buisnesses and workpalces across Australia and beyond, who are ready to move towards more sustainable, supportive and more human ways to work and live.

How Amy Works

People and Performance

You shouldn't have to choose. For too long, organisations have been told that protecting their people comes at the cost of performance, or that driving results means sacrificing the humans behind them. I don't accept that. Everything I do is built around designing ways of working where people and performance aren't in tension, and instead align.

Systemic Over Surface

You can't put a bandaid on a broken system. I've seen too many wellbeing initiatives that treat the symptom and ignore the cause; resilience workshops for people who are structurally overloaded, wellness days in cultures that never actually slow down. I work at the level where change sticks. Vision, alignment, work design, wellbeing strategy. I bring them together.

Designed, Not Prescribed

There is no universal blueprint, one-size-fits-all answer for how we should work, lead, team, or feel, and I'm suspicious of anyone who tells you there is. Instead, we start with you. Your people, your context, your reality, and build from there. The most powerful solutions aren't from someone else's playbook, they're designed specifically for yours.

Amy offers a different way of thinking about work and life, and the stratgy to help you make the changes you're after.

Amy Green is one of those rare facilitators who slows a leadership team down long enough to get them genuinely clear — and then gets out of the way so the real work can begin.
